We are open to the public Monday to Saturday 10.30 to 17.30 GMT, and most Sundays 11 to 5. - If you find yourself in Chiswick in West London, do come in and browse.

Please select our UPS - UK Expedited service, especially if you require a tracked service (we can send 1st class signed if you prefer).
Standard UK service is mostly Royal Mail. Local conditions vary so please be patient with us; we are keen to continue to offer a free delivery option.
We offer free UK shipping on all orders, and are now using Royal Mail's scanned parcel service - will also deliver locally where feasible. Internationally we send books Tracked Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or the very efficient USPS Smartmail service in the US, and also have a range of well priced courier options available including UPS and FedEx. If you are unsure at all, please contact us and we'll be happy to let you know the current status and options available. Our shipping prices reflect the cost of the average book weighing 1kg (2.2 lbs), so we may ask you for additional shipping costs for very heavy items or those with multiple volumes. We'll always confirm with you before charging.
The bookshop is 5 mins from Turnham Green Tube station on the District Line on the busy Chiswick High Road. There is pay-and-display parking outside the shop.
